For the 2026 L&D offsite meeting in Chicago—marking a milestone as the first under our new leader—I diverted from the traditional montage of colleague interviews with a comfortable format that authentically captured the team’s appreciation for one another. I replaced a single lengthy video with a series of short "thank you" clips played throughout the 2-day meeting, effectively breaking up sessions and cultivating the friendly, positive atmosphere envisioned by our new leader.
